Durham College Professional Development
Co-ordination for professional and organizational development initiatives and events at Durham College is provided by three individuals in the Human Resources Department. Dawn Kuchirka, Director, Organizational Development is responsible for organizational development; Kelly Bailey, Manager, Employee Development and Wellness is responsible for support staff and administrator development; and Janice MacMillan, Manager, Faculty Development works in collaboration with the Innovation Centre to provide faculty development opportunities.
