Durham College Professional Development
Co-ordination for professional development initiatives and events at Durham College is provided by two individuals in the Human Resources Department. Kelly Bailey, Manager, Employee Development and Wellness is responsible for support staff and administrator development. Janice MacMillan, Manager, Faculty Development works in collaboration with the Innovation Centre to provide faculty development opportunities.
